User Guide for registration and congress related services

1. HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE

In order to register online, please follow the next steps:

  1. Go to “Online Registration” Section (top right menu of the page)
  2. Fill in the online registration form (please make sure you remember the username and the password)
  3. Press “Next Page”
  4. Verify the accuracy of the information you provided and then press the “Save” button.

After this step you are registered to the events.

You can review anytime the information supplied in the registration form as follows:

  1. Access “My account” page, using the login data set by you in the registration form (username and password)
  2. Access the “Registration information” section
  3. You can modify the information, add new services or cancel services (you cannot cancel the attendance fee, it is mandatory)
  4. Press the “Save” button.

IMPORTANT! After registration, you will be able to access “My account” section anytime, using the username and the password you set in the registration form.

2. HOW TO BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION ONLINE

If you want to book accommodation online, please follow the next steps:

  1. Access your “My account” (top right menu of the page), using the username and the password you set in the registration form
  2. Access the section “Accommodation booking”
  3. Access the link “Add a reservation”
  4. Please choose a hotel, fill in the data-in and data-out, the room type and then press “Next Page” (if you have any special requests please fill in the “Notes” field)
  5. Press “Save” button.

Now, you have booked your accommodation.

3. HOW TO PAY ONLINE

In order to pay online, by card, for your booked services, please follow the next steps:

  1. Access the link “My account” (if you aren’t already logged in), using the username and the password set by you in the registration form (top right menu of the page)
  2. Access “Payments” section
  3. Access the link “Pay online”
  4. Enter the amount you want to pay; if you want to pay the total amount please press the “Integral payment” button
  5. Press “Next Page”
  6. Fill in the requested fields in the online payment form and press the “Approve” button.

Now, you have paid for your booked services.

4. HOW TO REGISTER A PAYMENT MADE BY BANK TRANSFER OR INTERNET BANKING

If you want to register in your account a payment made by bank transfer or internet banking, please follow the next steps:

  1. Access the link “My account” (if you aren’t already logged in), using the username and the password set by you in the registration form (top right menu of the page)
  2. Access “Payments” section
  3. Access the link “Pay offline”
  4. Fill in all the fields in the payment form
  5. Press “Next Page”
  6. Fill in with the amount that you paid
  7. Press “Next Page” and then press “Save” button.

Now, your proof of payment is registered. It is no longer necessary to send us a copy of the proof of payment by fax or by e-mail.

5. HOW TO BOOK SOCIAL SERVICES

If you want to book social services (festive dinner, lunches or trips), please follow the next steps:

  1. Access the link “My account” (if you aren’t already logged in), using the username and the password set by you in the registration form (top right menu of the page)
  2. Access “Social services” section
  3. Choose the type of service(s) and enter the number of persons
  4. Press “Next Page”.

Now, the services are registered.
